Bulky items placed in common areas posed a fire hazard to all occupants. All residents are advised to keep the common corridors and lobbies free from bulky items to prevent fire incident which may result in loss of property and worst loss of life.

Hi All Residents of Block 104 & 106, Lift Upgrading Works for the 2 blocks of apartment has just begun. However, you shall have to bear with some 20 months of inconvenience while the works are in progress.
