Call 999 immediately, if you happen to see any suspicious characters loitering around in the estate. Try to remember his physical build, type and colour of shirts, pants and shoes he wears, direction he was last seen going, etc. Time is the essence in preventing crime and catching a suspect. We are lucky to have no major crime occurred in our estate, BUT LOW CRIME IS NOT NO CRIME! BE ALERT!
